Responsibilities
- Develop new store or building concepts from the ground up, including extensions, modifications, and preservation of existing properties
- Ensure designs align with business objectives while remaining functional, safe, and cost-effective
- Conduct site surveys and translate requirements into effective design solutions
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders while producing detailed drawings and monitoring project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in designing retail, F&B, warehouse, or residential buildings
- Strong design skills and good knowledge of building materials and construction processes
- Proficient in Ms. Office, AutoCAD 2D/3D, and SketchUp
