All of our Store Managers are essential cogs in the running of our Little Dessert Shop stores. A Little Dessert Shop store manager should be passionate about customer service and fired up with the idea of running a successful business. You should be happy and quick to learn and ambition is welcomed! We love a can do attitude, someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved! It is the job of the store manager to not only run the store successfully but to motivate and manage a team of creative individuals! This fast paced job is ever changing and requires an energetic, self-motivated, hard-working individual who is focused on getting results. You need to be confident in managing the performance of staff including lateness, absences, attitude, performance and any other issues that may arise.
