Role of Store Manager (Food Retail)

1. Store Operations

• Manage daily store opening & closing
• Ensure smooth operations of billing, service, and floor activities
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards (very important in food retail)

• Achieve daily / monthly sales targets
• Plan promotions, offers, and upselling
• Monitor sales reports and improve performance
