Store Manager

Overview

For over 60 years, KJ West One has been the destination for serious audio enthusiasts. From our luxury showroom in the heart of the West End, we help clients find equipment that genuinely changes the way they listen to music. We're now looking for a Store Manager who can lead that experience from the front.

This isn't a typical retail management role. Our clients are knowledgeable and passionate — and so is our team. You'll be leading a showroom where conversations about turntables, amplifiers and acoustics are part of the daily fabric, and where the right advice can turn a first-time visitor into a lifelong customer.

What you'll be doing

Leading the day-to-day running of the store - operations, sales performance, inventory, and visual standards — while setting the tone for how customers are welcomed and served.
