- Running the daily operations of your store, leading, coaching and inspiring your team
- Becoming a BRA‑FIT certified expert in our 12‑week training programme
- Creating an inclusive and uplifting space where every woman feels confident
- Smashing KPIs, merchandising like a pro and keeping the store looking flawless
- Driving success with the support of a dedicated Regional Manager
