Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric Certificate). 23 years' retail management or leadership experience. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong planning, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
