YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As the Store Manager, you will directly report to the Retail Director. You will lead and develop the store's business strategically, fostering a culture of excellence in sales, client experience, and loyalty. You will effectively communicate the Maison's goals, vision, and strategies, inspiring and motivating your team through strong leadership. In collaboration with the Retail Director and other departments, you will proactively identify areas for improvement and implement measures to maximize sales and elevate the overall performance of the store.
