What you’ll do:
As the Gas Bar Manager, you will lead the overall operations of the gas bar, convenience store, and cardlock, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and delivers a strong customer experience. 
Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and site readiness
Manage fuel pricing, inventory, and ordering while monitoring performance
Accountable for sales, margins, expenses, and inventory through budgeting and reporting
Recruit, train, and coach team members to meet operational and service standards
Ensure a consistent customer experience and address escalated concerns
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Who you are:
