We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team!

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong practical knowledge of aquatics who enjoys working with customers and colleagues and takes pride in helping a shop run smoothly and to a high standard.

This position is best suited to someone who already has the aquatic knowledge and supervisory experience to step confidently into the role. We are looking for someone who can use their own initiative, take responsibility, and lead by example while continuing to develop their skills as part of the team. 

As Supervisor, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the shop, maintaining high standards of livestock care, customer service and shop presentation. You will support the team, organise daily tasks and be confident making sensible day-to-day decisions when needed.
