Store Supervisor

Supervision and training of assigned staff. Distribution of picklists to packers. Assign stock take to packers. Improve the work process efficiency. Ensure warehouse equipment maintenance is carried out by Store Assistant. Ensure warehouse operations in accordance with 5S (sort, set, shine, standardise, sustain) techniques by Store Assistant. Investigate any shortfall, maintenance issues immediately. Cross train and allocate delivery routes to drivers. Maintain safety, health and operational quality standards. Maintenance of relevant quality records. To perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Store Manager.
