Key Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; deploy floor strategies to maximise conversion and basket size. Lead, coach, and schedule retail associates; build a motivated, customer-first team culture aligned with Determinant's brand standards. Deliver a consistently premium in-store experience befitting the Takashimaya retail environment. Maintain visual merchandising and product display standards in line with brand guidelines and Takashimaya's tenancy requirements. Manage stock integrity — overseeing receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and shrinkage control. Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve service recovery situations swiftly.
