Join a leading player in the building materials' industry as their Strategic Category Manager - Hard and Soft Services, tasked with optimizing procurement operations across global plants.
As a Strategic Category Manager - Hard and Soft Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a unified procurement strategy (direct and indirect procurement matters) in line with company strategy,
- Manage procurement budget together with local buyers situated in the sites,
- Collaborate with Plant Directors and other stakeholders to make sure the categories are well worked and well defined
- Focus on cost efficiency, delivery reliability, and risk mitigation.
- Manage and centralize supplier selection, contract negotiations, and long-term partnerships strategically.
- Create a centralized procurement reporting system
