Senior Procurement Buyer
A well-established organisation within the property and built environment sector is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Buyer to manage strategic procurement activities across multiple construction and development projects. The role is responsible for sourcing construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services while driving supplier performance, procurement efficiencies, and cost optimisation across project operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Construction Management, or related qualification
- 8–10 years’ procurement experience within the construction, property, or building environment
- Proven experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and procurement planning
- Strong understanding of construction materials, project timelines, and ERP procurement systems
- Valid Driver’s License
