Strategic HR Partner (Algeria)

SupportFinity™ is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to oversee all Human Resources functions in Algeria. This role requires managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, along with 3–7 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Algerian labor laws.
