**Description:** As the Strategic Weapons Systems Operations Senior Manager, you will lead Reentry Body Organization at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC), Naval Base Kitsap -Submarine Base Bangor, Washington, supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program. We are looking for a strong leader to guide a large and diverse Lockheed Martin workforce and influence personnel through critical sustainment operations within high operational tempos while preparing the organization for planned program activation activities and SWF commonality initiatives.
Other responsibilities include:
- Provide Senior Manager oversight for the activities in the areas of Reentry Body Assembly (RBA) Processing, Service Unit (SU) Operations, Limited Area Production and Storage Complex (LAPSC), Vertical Missile Packaging Building (VMPB), and Handling and Transportation through three subordinate managers.
