Job Description Market/competitor research to identify opportunity and strategy development for Monee Track business performance and support management reporting materials Drive strategic projects implementation and PMO across credit, payment, insurance, bank and across functions Work with senior stakeholders on operating model, corporate development and other group-level strategic projects
Requirements Bachelor's degree and above in Finance, Business, Business Analytics related fields is preferred Min. 3 years of experience, in consulting firms, fintech, retail banking, or financial institutions experience is preferred Structured thinking + research capability Proven data analytics expertise to drive informed decision-making Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, to-do attitude and take initiative in action Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders
