Strategy Execution and Governance Lead

Global Services Commercial Business Improvement is driving multiple strategy execution, continuous improvement, and AI‑enabled transformation initiatives across a complex global ecosystem (Global teams, LOBs, GCP&SO, Countries). This role exists to orchestrate execution at scale, translating strategy into aligned initiatives, creating strong governance and decision systems, and enabling leaders and teams to execute with clarity, pace, and impact. This role looks over governance design, stakeholder influence, facilitation, and execution discipline.
