Strategy Implementation And Change Manager

**Introduction to the Role**
As a Strategy Implementation and Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the effective implementation, integration, and adoption of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) across IT and supporting their adoption in other SET area functions.
This role requires a strategic focus combined with hands-on coaching to embed OKRs into daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a results-driven culture.
Additionally, you will develop and lead robust Change Management capabilities across IT, acting as a coach and strategic advisor to support functions in navigating and implementing change.
