- Lead strategic projects from problem definition, impact evaluation to implementation
- Develop and detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate business performance
- Benchmark competitors and industry practices to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare strategic insights and recommendations for senior management
Requirements
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree is a huge plus
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Python, or other data tools is highly preferred
- 6–8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or business analysis
- Prior experience in management consulting or strategy teams is preferred
