Strategy Manager

We are a manufacturing organization seeking a high-caliber Strategy Manager to lead our strategic planning lifecycle. This isn't just a slides and spreadsheets role; we need a tactical thinker who understands how corporate strategy translates into operational reality within a complex industrial framework.

You will act as the bridge between regional leadership’s vision and local execution, ensuring that long-term goals are backed by rigorous data, risk mitigation, and cross-functional buy-in.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Midterm Execution: Orchestrate the annual and midterm planning processes. You will collaborate directly with Functional Heads (FHs) to translate high-level objectives into actionable departmental roadmaps.
