About the Role  You will join the Fleet Partners Team, specifically the Fleets team supporting several of Uber’s key growth areas for Fleets partners vertical. Looking for key projects & processes to improve reliability and quality for Fleet Partners, while creating more earning opportunities for partners. 
As a Fleets Partners Ops Associate, you will help develop, follow, and execute projects & Fleets partners that strengthen growth across these businesses, working on data analysis, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives that support day-to-day operations and long-term goals. 
This role is ideal for someone analytical, client-facing, curious, and motivated to make an impact in a fast-moving environment. 
What you’ll do  Support Fleets Partners & Projects: Contribute to initiatives that improve supply growth and engagement, balance, and reliability across the fleet partners' portfolio.
