Strategy & Operations Manager (Platform) - Remote
Position Overview
As a Strategy & Operations Manager (Platform Portfolio) , you ensure leadership makes the right decisions by translating complex execution into clear, usable context. You will be accountable for managing a portion of the portfolio spanning AI-driven capabilities, data and interoperability, developer platforms, and the underlying infrastructure that keeps the platform secure, reliable, and globally available. You aren't here to manage mechanics or move data around; you are here to understand the strategy and the work deeply enough to connect roadmap reality to business outcomes, surfacing the hard truths that leaders need to hear to make the platform viable and adoptable.
