Strategy & Partnership Manager

The Strategy & Partnerships Manager will serve as a key partner to the SVP Strategy, Partnerships and Investments in driving high-priority strategic initiatives and partnership efforts across the organization.

The role will sit at the intersection of strategy formulation and execution, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes. The individual will act as an execution owner and thought partner, driving initiatives from problem definition through implementation while aligning multiple stakeholders across functions.

This role is designed for someone capable of bringing structure to ambiguity, driving accountability across teams, and independently managing complex workstreams with minimal oversight. The role is highly cross‑functional requiring rapid context switching, curiosity to learn/problem‑solve relentlessly, and a founder‑like mentality.
