The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Strategy & Process Improvement (S&PI) team is the firm's in-house advisory team committed to delivering high-impact, strategic solutions which address JPMC's most urgent needs.
As a Strategy & Process Improvement Associate, you will make crucial business decisions that strengthen operating models, enhance employee or client experience, and improve the firm's bottom line in collaboration with senior leaders including the Chief Administrative Officer and the Chief Operating Officer of the firm. Your projects will span global operations, administrative functions, and firmwide initiatives across lines of business. You will frequently focus on addressing complex and emerging business opportunities such as: firmwide AI adoption, product operating model strategy, and firmwide bureaucracy streamlining.
