Your role
As Strategy and Transformation Manager, you will guide the strategic and transformational direction of SAAB Surface Sensor Solutions. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to help solve some of the Business Units most difficult strategic issues. 
You will be expected to lead our most crucial projects, with a variety of resources and stakeholders from other parts of the organization. In some more detail, you will: 
Manage strategy development and lead strategic projects, to continuously develop, update and clarify SAAB Surface Sensor Solutions strategy in all areas. This means working together with our senior global leaders, but also with our functional leaders in e.g. sustainability, supply chain and manufacturing development.
