Responsibilities
- Coordination of Structural Drawings: Review structural design drawings and documents submitted by the consultant for constructability, compliance with project specifications and potential clashes with other disciplines. Responsible for timely scheduling and issuance of FW/CBP drawings and sub cons structural shop drawings align with project schedule and construction activities.
- Liaison with Consultants and Subcontractors: Working closely with structural consultants/architectural/M&E engineers and various subcontractors to resolve structural/technical issues and ensure smooth integration of different disciplines.
- Statutory Approvals: Assisting in the preparation and submission of structural drawings/ documents to relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals such as Corenet X Gateways, Building Plan (BP), Structural Plan (ST), Works Permit (WP), Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC).
