Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and validate structural systems for temporary event structures including exhibition stands, stages, platforms, trusses, rigging, and pavilions.

Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports for approvals and third‑party certification.

Review architectural and shop drawings to ensure structural feasibility and compliance.

Ensure compliance with local and international codes (Eurocodes, British Standards, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense).

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and fabricators to optimise structural solutions and materials.

Provide technical support during concept and tender stages.

Coordinate with external consultants and certifying engineers for approvals and load checks.

Conduct site inspections during build‑up and dismantling to ensure safe installation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
