Structural Engineer

AECOM is recruiting a Structural Engineer to join our established building engineering team in the London and Southeast region. The role can be based in London or St Albans. You will work on new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £500k to £50m+ across sectors including education, health, defence and commercial, and support clients in meeting carbon reduction targets as part of the national Net Zero drive.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the structural engineering design of complex engineering projects
• Perform work to an agreed budget and schedule with moderate supervision
• Take responsibility for and manage smaller projects
• Provide guidance to graduate engineers
• Produce structural designs, calculations, and analysis models
• Manage and coordinate design input and output
