Site Structural Engineer

Responsible for carrying out site inspections to verify that structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and applicable codes/standards. The role involves inspecting reinforced concrete, steel and masonry works; reviewing workmanship materials and sequencing; and identifying non-conformances with timely corrective actions.

The engineer will coordinate with contractors, consultants and inspectors; witness key activities (reinforcement fixing, formwork, concrete pours, steel erection); review method statements and ITPs; and prepare concise inspection reports. Compliance with local authority requirements, health & safety regulations and quality procedures is essential.
