R.A.W. Group is looking for a Boilermaker / Welder to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take and read measurements
- Always follow specifications and instructions for maximum efficiency
- Proficient in Mig, Tig and Arc Welding
- Plan layouts and procedures for fabrication
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment or machinery to be used
- Set up components for welding
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
- Conduct site meetings to review project milestones, assess work quality, identify any deviations from the plan and to make sure that the construction activities align with specifications and design intent
- Able to manage, guide and lead team to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion in compliance with plans and specifications
