Structural Steel Detailer (Recent Graduates)

About Yourself

You are a graduate from a certified program covering steel detailing, BIM, and other construction detailing services. You should be capable of working in a 3D model sharing environment and know a variety of software including Tekla Structures as a minimum. You should have a basic understanding of all aspects of steel detailing from modeling, to detailing columns, beams, connections, advance bills of materials, miscellaneous steel and all aspects of dimensioning and drawing annotation. You are proficient in reading structural and architectural drawings, you have strong math skills and be capable of producing RFI’s and incorporating responses as required.
