Structural Steel Detailing Produce detailed structural steel fabrication drawings. Develop erection and assembly drawings for site installation. Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings. Generate workshop and shop drawings for fabrication. Create detailed connection drawings for bolted and welded assemblies. Interpret structural engineering drawings and specifications. Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements and engineering standards. Modelling & Design Create and maintain 3 D structural steel models. Develop steel structures using Tekla Structures or similar software. Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts. Produce Bills of Materials (BOMs) directly from models. Assist engineers with design modifications and revisions. Fabrication Support Generate cutting lists and material schedules. Produce NC files for CNC machinery where applicable.
