Role OverviewWe are seeking a Structural & Thermal Engineer with strong expertise in FEA-based simulation and battery system design.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical and thermal modeling, focusing on durability, vibration, and crash performance of battery systems.Key Responsibilities- Perform FEA simulations for structural and thermal analysis of battery systems- Conduct analysis in areas such as:- Crash / Crush- Mechanical shock & vibration- Durability & structural integrity- Develop and validate thermal management strategies for Li-Ion and battery pack systems- Work with tools like ANSA and ABAQUS for modeling and simulation- Support design validation and prototype testing of battery systems- Interpret simulation results and recommend design improvements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, testing, systems)- Provide technical guidance on structural and thermal performanceRequired Skills- Strong experience in FEA (Finite Element Analysis)...
