Responsibilities:
- Install IT, AV, Access Control, and Surveillance cameras.
- Run, and terminate IT, AV, and other low-voltage cabling
- Perform computer system and software maintenance and repair
- Assist customers with data management
- Perform regular security monitoring and system maintenance
- Work in Service Boards
Qualifications:
- Experience running and installing low-voltage cabling.
- Previous experience in IT or currently in school for IT-related fields.
- Ability to evaluate software and hardware
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience with Connectwise is a plus
