Structures Sales/Technical Director - Defence

Role Description

Lead the growth of the Structures design revenue within the Defence & Security sector business unit and hold responsibility for the service quality delivery of the discipline`s projects.

Support with the implementation of the strategy to ensure service quality delivery, service excellence, and profitable growth within the business unit.

Role Accountabilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to generate revenue and expand our client base, through your existing contacts and new.
• Develop enduring relationships with clients to understand their business needs and ensure client satisfaction to improve retention and deliver organic revenue growth for both new and existing clients.
