Roles and Responsibility (Assistant Centre Head):
- Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development, and implementing health and safety procedures.
- Oversee afternoon routines to ensure the well‑being of the children.
- Liaise with school management and parents on matters concerning student care, particularly regarding student affairs and teaching and learning issues.
- Maintain close communication with vendors, such as bus vendors, to ensure safe and timely pick‑up and drop‑off services.
- Maintain the school's physical condition to provide an optimal learning environment for students.
- Mentor teachers to foster positive and collaborative approaches to learning, teaching, and evaluation.
