The Role
The Student Enrichment & Sports Officer will support the coordinator to develop, supervise and organise a broad and varied programme of student‑focused engagement and extra‑curricular enrichment & sport activities that enhance the student’s college experience.
They will create and deliver a cross‑college enrichment and sports offer that develops students’ independence and personal, social and employability skills, encourages healthy lifestyles and wellbeing.
They will maintain high professional standards, ensuring student safety and wellbeing and securing programmes as a beacon of excellence that nurtures progression for every student to reach their full potential.
