Student Support Officer (Australian RTO)   Ortigas, Pasig City (On-site) 
  Contract / Temporary 
  ₱20,000 – ₱23,000 per month 
We are looking for a highly motivated Student Support Officer  to join our team and deliver high-quality, compliant, and student-focused support services within an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO). 
Key Responsibilities   Student Support & Engagement  
Provide first-level support via email, phone, and virtual channels 
Assist with student onboarding, orientation, and general enquiries 
Maintain regular communication to support student engagement 
Escalate complex concerns (academic, welfare, complaints) when needed 
  Student Administration  
Manage student records in SMS/LMS systems 
Assist with enrolment, onboarding, and progression tracking
