Student wellness coordinator

Job Purpose:

Rosebank College is looking for a passionate individual to join its Student Wellness team. This individual will work with and assist to manage the psychosocial wellbeing of the student body through providing counselling services, social education and awareness programmes and life skills development.

Key Performance Area: Counselling Implementation of on-site primary counselling services, trauma containment & crisis management Marketing & Promotion of the service to students Maintaining of case files and counselling statistics within SACSSP/HPCSA standards Community Engagement (CE) Create a campus specific planner for CE projects and manage the implementation thereof for each site Ensure the active functioning of the CE committee of the Student Council Monitor,evaluate and analyse projects to inform future planning & measure impact of projects Management of the Student Council Plan and implement the SC election process Provide enough training, team building and dev...
