Identify Obsolete Spare Parts in Warehouse
- Identify those inventory Spare Parts that can be purchased with local suppliers and share this information with the procurement department
- Analysis of duplicate spare parts in our 3 Warehouse locations
- Support in creating Excel and PPT reports.
- Support in Tactical Initiative Projects and follow up on task related to them.
- Data collection for problem solving analysis and KPIs reporting.
