Responsibilities
1. Studio Operations Management
- Fully responsible for the daily operations of the studio, ensuring high efficiency and quality in all shooting and production tasks.
- Develop and optimize studio management policies and workflows to improve team collaboration and execution.
2. Lighting & Technical Management
- Lead lighting design and layout to ensure shooting effects meet creative and technical standards.
- Develop lighting and shooting plans for various production needs such as film, live streaming, and gaming content production.
3. Equipment & Technical Management
- Manage the selection, maintenance, and upgrades of shooting, lighting, audio, and post-production equipment.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies such as virtual production and XR/AR to improve production quality and efficiency.
