Studio Experience Executive

We are looking for a warm, organised, energetic, and service-oriented Studio Experience Executive to help shape the daily experience and atmosphere within our Pilates studio.

This role sits at the heart of the studio experience. You will not simply operate a reception counter. You will help create the environment, energy, discipline, hospitality, and community experience that members interact with every day.

You will serve as one of the first points of contact for members and guests, while also supporting the operational coordination required to ensure the studio runs smoothly, professionally, and consistently.

The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in wellness and lifestyle environments, and take pride in creating beautiful and meaningful experiences for others.

We are building more than a Pilates studio.
