The Role You are the heartbeat of the studio. As Studio Manager, you own daily operations, lead the Front-of-House team, support instructors, and hold the standard for client experience - while driving sales, retention, and calm, efficient floor flow. You think clearly, act quickly, and keep everything on brand.
