As the Assistant Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for the reservations (recording and process) and the optimization of the room’s sales for InterContinental Sapporo. You will report to the Cluster Sales& Marketing Director. And you will manage a team of 2 reservation Agents.
**Tasks**
+ Check daily all new reservations, cancel or change reservations, guest information, requirements and price information.
+ Communicate with Room Division/Front Office department daily
+ Assist of management of sales and up-selling techniques
+ Train team members with hotel product knowledge and activities, as well as the service standards and requirements.
+ Assist your director with hotel budget and forecast.
+ Maximize room sales and revenue
+ Comply with IHG policies, follow-up with new trends, pro-active to boost sales
+ Sustain high level guest service standards.
