Subscriptions & Loyalty Program Manager (Shopify)
Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Subscriptions & Loyalty Program Manager to own and optimize our recurring revenue ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for building, managing, and improving subscription programs, loyalty initiatives, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle experiences across our Shopify stores.
You will work closely with marketing, customer support, and leadership to increase subscriber growth, retention, customer lifetime value, and recurring revenue.
About the Role This is not a general Shopify role.
We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience building, managing, and scaling recurring revenue subscription programs within Shopify.
