Job Summary: PNODE is seeking a dedicated and skilled Substation Construction Journeyman to join our T&D Substation Services team. This team member will travel across the state to ensure the safe and proper installation, inspection, and repair of new and existing electrical equipment, as well as related construction activities. The journeyman should have experience and technical knowledge in the electric utility sector. Personal and public safety are of utmost importance, as this work will be performed at various locations throughout the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities:
- Perform/Manage electrical installation, alteration, repair, troubleshooting and inspection of electric power transmission & distribution systems.
- Installation of new substation equipment as well as maintaining power transformers.
