SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Mt Seymour’s Eco-Adventure Camp provides wilderness-based day camp programs for children aged 5‑12. Our experiential camps engage kids in nature education, wilderness survival skills, and personal growth. This full‑time seasonal position will be part of a small dynamic team that oversees Mt Seymour’s Summer Camp Programs, and a team of Outdoor Education Guides. This position can extend into the winter to assist with Mt Seymour’s winter programming and guided snowshoe tours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train, support and supervise summer program instructors and volunteers.
- Develop and implement programming.
- Supervisor day‑to‑day operations of summer programs – including overseeing the opening or closing procedures when Outdoor Education Manager is not present onsite.
