Summer Program Team Lead
Schedule: Part-Time, Seasonal
Pay: $17.20
Seasonal Schedule:
Week 1: Mandatory orientation June 29-July 1, 2026.
Week 2-week 7: Summer Program (Monday-Thursday) July 6 – August 13, 2026. 8:15a-2:45pm or as scheduled.
The Team Leader is responsible for providing oversight & direction to counselors and campers within their assigned age group, program activities & documentation for ACHIEVE Summer Program.
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Supervise & mentor 15-20 counselors.
+ Conduct weekly team meetings with counselors.
+ Provide training, direction & oversight of counselors/classrooms.
