Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Superintendent/SSHO in Jacksonville, FL to work directly with a Top 10 ENR contractor on a multi-million dollar project to redevelop the Jacksonville Shipyards along the St. Johns River.

Duties:

-Schedule, coordinate and supervise the construction work, including supervision and of craft subcontractor/ employee activities.

-Coordinates the project’s safety effort and ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures included in the Site-Specific Safety Plan.

-Manages subcontractors to ensure compliance with OSHA and the company safety program.

-Perform daily safety inspections of trades/work areas and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors as they are discovered.
