This role is pivotal in managing complex civil engineering packages, ensuring works are executed in accordance with client expectations, statutory requirements, and project milestones. The SOR provides end-to-end oversight of contract administration, construction, and stakeholder coordination, supported by a strong understanding of airport infrastructure, tunnelling methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
